Can I change or modify my hose? Yes but it will void your warranty.
Can I get a custom length hose? Only if you order a quantity of 500 hoses or more.  Econoflo,  Econoforest  hoses come in 10, 15, 25, 50 and 100 ft. lengths. Contact us  @ Contact Us
Can I get  the Econoflo and Econoforest in different colors? No they come only in yellow.
Can I use the hose partially unrolled? Unfortunately not, Keep in mind this is a fire hose, it is a true flat hose and will collaps, 100% upon it's self when rolled up. It will need to be completely unrolled and fully extended for best results.
Can these hoses be repaired? Yes, if you should need to replace an end or repair your hose, it can be repaired with any standard garden hose repair parts, from your local hardware store. If your hose is a 5/8" be sure to use 5/8" repair parts or 3/4" hose use 3/4" repair parts (DO NOT USE THE ONE SIZE FITS ALL).
How does this hose withstand the winter?  In my experience very well, the hose is designed  to deliver liquid at a wide range of  pressures and temperatures. Temperatures from -60 degrees to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. This is a little misleading, the hose will not freeze but water will freeze at 32 degrees. The hose will not keep water from freezing below 32 degrees.
Will some water always remain in the hose and make it unusable in cold weather? That is one of the great things with my hoses, in most cases if you fully extend the hose and make sure to get all the dips out of it and disconnect the ends of the hose it will empty the hose and go back flat. This may take a little practice.
How much does the hoses weigh and how big of a roll is created when  the hose is rolled up? The Econoflo 5/8" X 100 ft hose weighs two pound and four ounces and will roll up to less than 10". A 100 foot Econoflo 3/4" weighs three pounds and will roll up to less than 12". The Econoforest 3/4" X 100 ft. weighs 5 lb. and rolls up in less than a 14" roll.
What are the differences between Econoflo and  Econoforest hoses? The Econoflo  is to be used for residential, casual use like any other garden hose. It has a minimum straight burst test pressure of 600 PSIG. The Econoforest is for commercial as well as residential use with a minimum straight burst test pressure of 750 PSIG.
What are the differences between 5/8 in. and 3/4 in. hoses? 5/8 in. and 3/4 in. is the inside diameter of the hose, with a 3/4 in. hose you get more water volume. Connectors on 5/8 in. and 3/4 in. hoses are the same, they have standard garden hose connectors.
Does the Power Nozzle (Product ID #: 20302) have garden hose threads? Yes
Do you have a hose reel? I am sorry I do not have a hose reel at this time. I use an electric cord reel for the hose I use. Any electric cord or small hose reel found at your local hardware store make great flat hose reels.
Do all Econoflo and Econoforest  hoses have Drinking water Certification? Yes
If these hoses are fire hose, will they work where I connect my garden hoses? Yes the Econoflo 5/8 in. and 3/4 in. or the Econoforest 3/4 in. hoses come with standard garden hose faucet connectors. They will connect to any place, any other garden hose will hook up.
I need a 100 foot hose but I use 50 foot most of the time should I buy a 100 foot hose or two 50 foot hoses? In my opinion you should get two 50 feet because you will need to completely unroll the hose each time you use it. Keep in mind this is a fire hose, it collapses a 100% upon it's self when you roll it up. The hose will need to be completely unrolled and fully extended before you use it.
Will these hoses kink? With low water pressure they will sometimes kink. If you have good water pressure they should not kink. These hoses are designed for high pressure, the higher the pressure the better they will perform.
Why has my credit card been charged before I received my merchandise? Orders placed using a credit card are processed immediately and automatically, your credit card is charged as soon as your credit card is approved, I am informed of the order after that.
